We partner with local and international organizations to host conferences for Pastors, church leaders and children ministers. To date we have hosted four such conferences in Freetown, Sierra Leone (1999, 2001, 2004, and 2005.)

Our Focus:

• to provide practical and insightful Leadership training to Pastors and Church Leaders.
• to provide training on designing Christian Curricula for children.
• to provide training on how to establish children ministry of excellence.
• to provide training on presenting the Gospel in age appropriate ways.
