212 degrees is the boiling point of pure water and that signifies that our youth are pure and hot for Jesus. Within "212" is the number 12 and that points to the fact that Jesus taught and trained 12 young people to be his disciples and they became "world changers". Our youth will go forth and train 12 others just like Jesus did and they will indeed become "world changers".

Updates:

• 2005 - One hundred youth were selected from various churches in Freetown and the surrounding areas to participate in a youth conference. In October 2005, a team of four ministers trained youth on issues related to Spiritual Leadership. Lessons included "A Leader's Security," Essential Qualities of a Spiritual Leader" and "The Big C's of Spiritual Leadership." At the conclusion of the 3-day conference, President Joan Williams commissioned conference participants to go forth and disciple and train 12 others. Conference participants hosted small groups monthly from November 2005 to September 2006.
• 2006 - In November 2006, a team of six ministers trained youth on issues related to Spiritual Leadership. Lessons included "Prayer and the Spiritual Leader," "Priorities of a Leader" and "Empowering Others." 2005 conference participants and youth and youth leaders who participated in the discipleship process in 2005-06 were invited to attend the conference. Over 400 youth attended the 3-day conference.
